Harbor Hopper Connects Everett and South Whidbey

Seasonal ferry service makes travel between the mainland and Whidbey Island easier during the summer months. The Harbor Hopper offers one way and round trip journeys between the Port of Everett and the Port of South Whidbey in Langley, giving locals and visitors a convenient way to enjoy day trips, extended weekends, and longer island stays.

The family friendly ferry operates on Thursdays and Saturdays during June, July, and August. Passengers can enjoy a scenic ride through the Pacific Northwest while exploring Waterfront Place in Everett, Langley, Whidbey Island, and nearby summer events and attractions. This service is intended for travel between Everett and Langley and is not a ferry to Jetty Island.

Passengers boarding in Everett should use Guest Dock 1 on the waterside of Anthony's Homeport Everett. In Langley, boarding takes place at E Dock at South Whidbey Harbor. Travelers should arrive fifteen to twenty minutes before departure for check in and boarding, allowing extra time for parking and reaching the dock. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, while departures can be delayed or cancelled because of weather, tides, vessel traffic, or other unforeseen conditions.

The Harbor Hopper is ADA accessible, although conditions can vary by dock and tide, and boarding assistance is available when feasible. Wheelchairs, mobility devices, and strollers are permitted, while bikes and wagons are not allowed because of limited space. A restroom is available onboard, and passengers may bring small personal belongings. Parking is available near both ports, with shuttle services connecting passengers to nearby destinations and downtown areas.
