The Rescue Diver Course is designed to build confidence and develop the skills needed to identify and solve problems in and out of the water. The training helps certified divers become more responsible and prepared when dealing with challenging situations.
Participants learn self rescue techniques and methods for assisting tired, distressed and panicked divers. The course covers rescue techniques both on the surface and underwater, helping divers develop practical skills for different emergency situations.
Training also covers techniques for searching for a missing diver. Through these skills, participants develop greater awareness and confidence while learning how to respond appropriately during diving emergencies.
The course includes teaching materials, complete diving equipment and certification fees. Participants must meet the age requirement, hold an Advanced Open Water Diver certification or equivalent, have recent CPR and First Aid training, and have diving insurance.
