The room was very clean. Felt recently updated. However, TV picture quality (because of the feed) was unwatchable and therefore unacceptable. The common parts, pool, beach area… feels like a hotel that was closed down years ago and recently re-opened in a hurry. It’s all rather sad and tired. Elevators are out-of-service. One half of the hotel is moth-balled with wonky dust sheets blocking the windows. Rusting light fittings line the paths. The beach area is really substandard in presentation and service. But the lowest marks go to F&B. The menu is full of hideous calorie-laden western nonsense — which belongs in a Orlando theme park — in a country with amazing ingredients and cuisine. It’s an absolute joke. Couple that with dreadful music (think David Bowie MIDI jazz version) blaring out of a cheap speaker, and light so bright in the evening, you could be in an airport. It’s a total dud of an atmosphere. Listen to the staff… they also think the menu is an embarrassment. There is the talent and enthusiasm to make it much much better. The setting is perfect. In the hands of a competent manager, the sound of waves and candlelight could make it so special, magical. The whole hotel has so much potential. But in its current state and management there is a long long way to go.

Nice hotel in a remote village of Sabang. Service is impeccable, they are very attentive to details and try to make your stay perfect. We even got a take away coffee after check out! Breakfast is wonderful with products locally grown at their own farm. It has a direct access to the beach. The sea is great, water is pleasantly warm. Just big waves and strong currents do not let you swim further. They have a very meowing cat demanding chicken and some fussing all the time lol

From the moment we arrived at the Four Seasons by Sheraton Palawan, we were treated like royalty. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional — warm, genuine, and always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The dining options were a delightful surprise — every meal was a culinary experience, especially the fresh seafood and local delicacies. The breakfast buffet was generous and had something for every palate. One of the highlights for our family was the kids club. It was incredibly well-organized, safe, and packed with fun, engaging activities that kept our little one entertained for hours. The infinity pool, spa, and private beach areas were immaculate and never felt overcrowded. If you're looking for a luxurious, family-friendly escape in one of the most beautiful corners of the Philippines, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!
