Excellent ! The guide was helpful, funny, and informative. The 1:30h boat tour is really nice, going from a modern Saigon to a more traditional landscape. The tour itself was interesting even though Cu Chi is a touristic place with everything being modified for us. I would greatly recommend to book a tour on a boat and not with a minivan. Amazing day with Saigon River Tour! We did the Cu Chi Tunnels tour by speedboat with Saigon River Tour, and it was honestly one of the best things we did in Vietnam. Cruising up the river in the early morning was beautiful and peaceful — such a nice way to escape the city traffic. The boat was super comfortable, with cold drinks and friendly staff who really looked after everyone. Our guide was awesome — funny, knowledgeable, and made the history of the tunnels come alive. We arrived before most of the crowds, which made exploring the site so much better. Lunch was simple but tasty, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We went on this trip at the suggestion of Danny from Discova. We were not disappointed. The speed boat was truly amazing. We loved the speed and the chance to see Saigon from the river. Yo, our tour guide is exceptionally knowledgeable and gave us a great amount of information about the history of the Cu chi tunnels and the area. We were lucky enough to be the only 2 on the boat. The tour was so good. Do this tour and request Yo as your tour guide you will not be disappointed.
Highly recommended Saigon River Tour company with The History of Cu Chi Tunnels by Luxury Speedboat - Great way to spend a half day. Via comfortable speedboat, it is the fastest and coolest way to get there. Tour guide is very knowledgeable, give a lot funny information. Do not skip this experience
Highly recommended Saigon River Tour company and tour guide Phuong. She was very good English speaking, showed our family around the sites. We loved the stories about the Vietcong fighters and how they used their tunnels for fighting in 20 years. I was a little scared to be under ground but some people on the group got through the whole way 100m I think. Very fascinating about what they came through. We came back after 2.5 hours and lunch at the end. They are willing to drop us back at the War Museum which is very kind. The service was good, plenty of waters, fruits (great tiny bananas lol) and crossaint on the boat too. Thank you Phuong and captain!
