Visitors can meet the animals, help prepare their meals, and hand feed many of them in their paddocks or homes. The experience also allows guests to pet selected animals and learn about their individual personalities, feeding habits, and care routines. The interactive format makes the visit engaging for both children and adults.
A key part of the experience is the opportunity to take part in real farm activities rather than simply observing from a distance. Guests may help collect eggs when conditions allow, while animal feeding and care activities offer insight into the daily responsibilities of farm life. The experience is suitable for guests aged three and above.
Guests should wait in the parking area on arrival until the farm guide meets them at the scheduled start time. Waterproof shoes or wellies are recommended because footwear can be washed after the visit. The animal areas are not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility, and wheelchairs are not permitted in these areas for biosecurity reasons.
