I reached out to Giuseppe about a month before my trip to arrange a private transfer from Naples Centrale Train Station to our hotel in Sorrento. He responded quickly and made the booking process very easy. On the day of our trip, our train from Rome to Naples was delayed by over an hour, and I couldn’t get through by phone to let them know — I was worried our driver wouldn’t be there when we arrived. But as soon as we stepped off the train, I saw our driver, Alberto, waiting patiently with a sign showing my last name. All my worries disappeared instantly. The service was professional, reliable, and stress-free from start to finish. We were so impressed that we booked them again for our private transfer to Positano and later to Naples Airport for our flight back to the states. Both Alberto and Aniello were amazing! Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for comfortable and dependable transportation in the Amalfi Coast area!

Can not stress enough how amazing Transfer Relax have been for us today. The holiday went so fast we kind of forgot until morning of... Messaged on WhatsApp and arranged a pickup for airport transfer from Sorrento 3 hours later. It was almost too easy! Driver was confirmed an hour before pickup and was then waiting for us a bit before arranged pickup time to get us and the bags into the air conditioned Mercedes. Much needed at 32 degrees.
