London Chelsea Winter Village Returns
Chelsea Winter Village and Illuminations returns to the Royal Hospital Chelsea from 25 November to 28 December 2026. Located near Sloane Square, the seasonal experience combines an illuminated outdoor trail with a lively winter village filled with food, drinks, shopping, and festive atmosphere.
The new trail through Ranelagh Gardens has been created by leading British light artists. The longer route features large scale artworks and interactive installations designed especially for children, taking visitors through changing scenes of trees, sound, colour, and light.
After exploring the illuminations, guests can relax in the expanded Winter Village. Fire pits and heated tipis offer warm spaces to unwind, while The Apres Ski Bar serves drinks in a cosy seasonal setting.
New for 2026, the Chelsea Food Hall adds more covered seating and additional heating. Visitors can also browse the artisan market and boutique shopping village, where selected brands appear for limited seasonal runs.
