Excellent service by Naples Airport Transfers. We used their service for airport transfers both ways and for a day trip to Naples and Pompeii. The drivers were always on time and they were very friendly. I recommend this company for anyone needing transport in these areas!
This company might be cheaper but spend the extra 10% and go elsewhere. Terrible customer service and use third parties in Naples (if you see Roberto D’Angelo or RLS - run) that are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Especially with kids or flight/train bookings involved, not worth the hassle. Added: Love Robigno’s comments to all the negative reviews. If anyone would like to see the correspondence. Happy to share the original bookings and amendments, the multiple emails were because they would not confirm pick up times or locations.
Do not pre-pay, it’s a scam. We provided our flight information and I emailed 12 hrs ahead that our flight would be 2.5 hrs delayed. He acknowledged my email and wanted to charge me 100E to wait. Which was 12 hrs away. When I arrived he told me the pre paid fare was already used for the original time even though I told him we would be delayed. He then wanted another 60E and I have to wait. No refund. Welcome to Naples! Ended up in a taxi

I booked online to be picked up at Naples airport. When I arrived, the driver was holding a sign with my name. He took us straight out of the airport and had us on our way in a large comfortable van for the 2 of us. The experience went so well that I booked a return trip rather than trying to take the train into Naples and catch a bus from there. Again, the driver arrived 10 minutes early and we were on our way. I would not hesitate recommending the service to my friends and family for an easy, hassle free transfer to get the holiday started.
