The rental team will contact guests approximately 24 hours before the reservation to confirm the pickup location and time. At the end of the rental, staff will meet guests at the same loading and unloading ramp and guide the boat safely back to the dock.
Safety equipment is included with every rental, including life jackets, an anchor, dock bumpers, and dock lines. Vessels equipped for towing also include a towable tube at no extra charge, while knee boards, wake boards, and water skis are available for an additional fee. Guests without boating experience will receive a boating orientation and safety briefing before departure.
Up to two drivers may operate each watercraft, provided they have a valid driver’s license or have completed a boating safety course. Guests will also receive information about local waterways and should follow all No Wake signs and navigational buoys. A valid major credit card is required for incidentals or potential damages, and listed rates do not include additional fees such as the online convenience fee.
