This journey begins in Kigali where you settle in after arrival, enjoying time to rest and recover in Rwanda’s vibrant capital city. Depending on your schedule, you may visit the Genocide Memorial for a deeper understanding of the country’s history and its remarkable transformation. The next day, you travel with your private guide in a four wheel drive vehicle to Volcanoes National Park, staying at a well located lodge close to the park headquarters. Here, you experience gentle treks on the lower slopes to observe golden monkeys in their natural habitat, followed by unforgettable gorilla trekking adventures in the dense mountain forests, offering rare and intimate encounters with these magnificent primates.

After returning to Kigali for an overnight stay, you continue your journey with a flight into the Serengeti, where your private guide greets you at the airstrip. You spend several days in a mobile tented camp, witnessing the vast plains and the dramatic wildebeest migration. The adventure then moves to the Ngorongoro Conservation area, where you stay near lush surroundings close to the crater rim.
