Booked via website and instructed to be there for 1200 to collect tickets. Arived 1145 and waited. A man kept coming every 15 minutes to change the departure time. 1215.....1230....1245...1300. Still no boat. We left and got another cruiser. I later complained and Captain Pugwash said it was we that had not shown up !!!

Best experience I had in the beautiful city of Chania! They charged me 20€ for the 2.5 hour ride. I would have happily paid twice that! Thanos, and Nick were awesome hosts. Very knowledgeable, you can tell in the way they conduct themselves. From Nick's skillful handleing of the boat to Thanos's stories and history lessons on the surrounding areas. Not to mention the crew on the shore. Victoria was delightful and easily sold me on the tour. I cannot recommend this tour enough. It was perfect. No blaring music on the boat, no pushy sales tactics on the shore. Beautiful clear Mediterranean water, ample and we'll maintained snorkel gear. I will certainly recommend this to anyone I meet. 15/10. Would snorkel again 😎 I'll see you guys next year!!

Staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. We were given a fair family discount off the original price. The water was clear and full of fish, which was great for snorkelling. I am rating this based on a one hour trip we took to the leper Island.

We loved the 2.5 hour boat trip with Fanourios! Especially the kids were very happy. The snorkeling above the plane wreckage was the highlight of the cruise and the personnel on the boat provided the equipment and guided us in a professional manner. Only downside is that the ride from the Old harbour of Chania is fairly long, so fairly much of the time is spent just sitting on the boat & doing nothing. But that's the same problem as with all the boat companies.

This boat trip was fantastic. We cruised to an island off the coast of Crete and got to snorkle around the wreckage of a WWII fighter plane. It was a beautiful experience. The crew spoke perfect English and told us about the local history. This trip is a must do in Chania !
