My family of 3 (my elderly mum 85, my elder sis 58 and myself 50) was assigned Tom as our day tour guide. 1) He is very knowledgeable and can cater to what my mum request for aka old streets, old places with nostalgic memories for her. He brought us to Wanliwan where we visited the old wet market and food streets. Too bad we already had breakfast in Hotel otherwise would love to try the food there. For me, it is a refreshing view to see live chicken and ducks in cage even for a 50 years old since I was born in HDB flats and not seen any such in Singapore. 2) He is very patient and courteous too. So many times when he was trying to give us the info of the surroundings, my mum kept interrupting and he just wait for my mum to complete before he resume explaining about the locations. 3) He also brought us to some super ultra good food places. Overall, my mum and us are very very happy with Tom's guide. I would say 9/10 so he can still improve.

Booked a Cameron Highlands tour with RaytheTour in July. It's definitely more pricey than travelling from Ipoh by bus, but I thought the money was well spent as I was travelling with my parents. Raymond, our driver/guide was friendly and punctual and introduced the attractions to us (beyond just dropping us off at various places). Importantly, the vehicle was spacious and comfortable, which my parents appreciated.

My family group of 14 people did a tour from Ipoh to Cameron Highlands with the guides Raymond and Tom. From the start, they were kind, accommodating and very interesting and knowledgeable. Raymond especially took care of my 80 year old Father while still catering to all ages and interests in the large group. They also helped store our luggage as we were swapping hotels in Ipoh, and our driver expertly packed it all in with no problems even though the second large van had a puncture and a smaller van had to replace it. Raymond was so apologetic about a tyre puncture, but their quick thinking and organisation meant we were on our way quickly with no inconvenience! Thank you so much for the great tour! We highly recommend!
