The guide continues toward Earthquake Park and Point Woronzof offering views of the city skyline with Chugach Mountains and Cook Inlet. Wildlife sightings may include moose along the roadside. The route proceeds to Lake Hood the busiest seaplane base where bush pilots land and taxi on water. The experience showcases unique aviation activity and scenic surroundings.

Next the tour moves along Turnagain Arm and Beluga Point with dramatic coastal scenery and chances to observe beluga whales Dall sheep mountain goats black bears and bald eagles. The trip continues to Potter Marsh and the coastal wildlife refuge known for migratory birds during summer season. Then visitors enter Chugach State Park and reach viewpoints near Flattop Mountain offering wide vistas of Anchorage region Sleeping Lady peak Denali and the Alaska Range on clear days. The experience ends back in downtown Anchorage where the guide suggests restaurants bars shops and art galleries providing a complete introduction to the region.
