I’d like to commend Tess and the young lady staff who went out of their way to rearrange the tour itinerary and transport smoothly. They also gave me great recommendations on what to do and eat after the day tour at Lake Moraine and Lake Louise, which I really appreciated. The pasta at Fat Ox, recommended by the young lady staff, was really tasty and such a great choice! I’m glad I followed her suggestion — it made the meal extra enjoyable. Daryl made the start of my trip stress-free by picking me up on time from the airport to Banff. Joey was approachable and friendly throughout the trip, keeping the experience enjoyable. And Jayjay sent me back to the hotel safely at the end of the day — excellent service from the whole team! Two tips: (1) Go to the public washroom across the carpark instead of the ones at Mcdonalds. There are quite a few cubicles and they are really clean! You will get to see the view shown in the third photo as well. The hotel near the tour bus bay doesn't allow non-guests to use their washrooms. (2) Buy the Gondola tickets 1-2 days in advance. They have specific "upload" time schedules. Good to check with the tour company what time you will be returning to Banff town after you have booked the tour you wanted.
Arrived today with my family from Toronto. Was expecting a 1:30 shuttle but Ging (at the counter) and Joey (our driver) went above and beyond and was able to provide us a ride by 12:30. Super helpful and even dropped us off nearer our hotel as we were the only passengers. All our luggage fit including a wheelchair. Definitely recommend! Thank you for the great service :)
Always my choice when Travelling. Banff Tour, Lake Louise and Moraine Lake visit. Even to Yoho National Park. Emerald Lake, Takkakaw Falls, Natural Bridge and More. Banff Explorer is always the best! Better than anyone else. Service is superb! Drivers are super friendly. Admin staff are very accommodating. Highly Recommended among others! 👍🏽
