Had wonderful time with local guide, Octa. It’d have better moments if tour was completed with each detail of the itinerary.
At first it was a great experience even though have some hiccups regarding the congested terminal. Agent in Singapore was very helpful and attentive with all my inquiries. Unfortunately when were heading back to Sg. Agent in Batam did not manage to give our boarding pass. Fyi we did remind him upon fetching for our boarding pass and yes he acknowledged it. Hopefully next time you guys will become properly arranged with the details you need to handover. Holiday Inn experienced was fun and we did enjoyed the holiday with good staff and amenities.

Special thanks to MELANIE who work with us 2 weeks prior to our visit. she is knowledgeable , responsive and helpful. She answers all our queries and requests without any complains.Everything is planned well and smoothly. Planning for big group getaway is never easy but she really help to plan this nicely for us. If you are someone who have no time to do any planning, just get their 3d2n / 2d1n Batam Free & Easy Hotel + Ferry Package. You will get a better deal by booking via them compared to booking everything seperately. Other than saving you the trouble to book everything seperately, it saves you the time to plan and research which ferry terminal to choose (cause need to make sure which ferry terminal nearer to your accomodation etc), which accomodation can fit your group, and also regarding the land transfer. Instructions were clear, the ferry ticket collection was easy and the hotel check-in had no issues. If you have any doubts, just whatsapp them and they will be quick to reply. Enjoyed myself on the trip and will book with them again on my next batam getaway~
