dirty, staff were impolite and unfriendly. front desk started screaming at me cause my spanish wasn’t perfect and started swearing. never come here.
Clean rooms, and good service. The surroundings are not very appealing but convienantly located adjacent to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport. Very reasonable rates.
Negative reviews of this hotel are overdramatic. Don't expect to pay the staggeringly low prices they charge and get a Four Seasons caliber experience. At this hotel, you'll get a clean bed, air conditioning, a clean bathroom with running water, a door with a lock, and a 5 minute commute to the airport. Maybe you'll see a bug somewhere. I didn't. Was this the best experience I've ever had at a hotel? Of course not. But for the price I paid, it offers tremendous value. If you're looking for a place that will take your breath away, keep looking. If you just need a place to sleep comfortably without saddening your wallet, Express Inn PTY is perfect for you.
Very simple, very clean rooms, very close to the airport, at very economic prices! AC works great. I stayed 2 different times- the first night I had the hottest, strongest shower of my life 😄 it was incredible. The 2nd time want as memorable, but still good shower. Yeah, great deal if you're staying one night and you want to save a few bucks.
I had a 13 hour layover in Panama from the DR. I have never been in the country and I was traveling all alone. This was very close to the airport and my taxi driver even stayed with me until I checked in and went upstairs. The staff was super friendly and the whole place is gated. There is a supermarket very close that a taxi can take you to for food and an ATM. There were armed police at the supermarket and I felt very safe. The women at the supermarket helped me find a charger and stayed with me until I was done there. In all I had to take three taxis and they were so kind. The people of Panama made me feel safe and the room Was adequate. It had a lock on the door and the window. The TV didn’t work, but I didn’t care because I just needed a safe place to sleep for the night. I would recommend this place if you’re traveling alone.
