VIP experience offers preferential seating directly in front of the stage with an upgraded menu and beverage selection for a more exclusive evening. The gourmet menu begins with entrées such as Argentine empanadas filled with hand cut meat filet mignon carpaccio with herbs olive oil balsamic parmesan Dijon and pickles choripán with pork chorizo in sourdough bread and grilled eggplant with cucumber cherry tomatoes cilantro tahini black olives and balsamic. Main courses include traditional sirloin steak with chimichurri and criolla sauces breaded rib eye with bone grilled catch of the day gnocchi soufflé au gratin lemon rose pork and a variety of sides including fries salads mashed potatoes pumpkin sweet potato and honey garlic cabbage. Desserts feature custard with dulce de leche and whipped cream warm pancakes with banana ice cream Perito Moreno ice cream sundae Mendocine pears in Malbec wine and cheese with sweet pairings. Beverages include premium Malbec and Chardonnay wines from Catena Zapata beer water soft drinks coffee and tea.

The tango and folklore show presents a world class sextet directed by Nicolás Ledesma with participation from Horacio Romo Pablo Agri and musicians from the Leopoldo Federico orchestras and Sexteto Mayor. Vocal performances by Néstor Fabián and María Pisoni pay tribute to Mariano Mores while guitarist Mateo Crespi performs popular songs and five tango couples complete the stage with elegant choreography.
