The gourmet dinner experience offers a refined selection of international and Argentine inspired dishes. Starters include hummus trio with beetroot and avocado, polenta disc with sweet pepper fondue, and vichyssoise served either hot or cold. Main courses feature tagliatelle with cherry tomato sauce and boconccinos, adzuki bean burger with yamani rice and cous cous with vegetables, and breaded stuffed chicken with cheese, olives, and croutons served alongside pumpkin puree and arugula coulis. Desserts include rice pudding with dulce de leche mousse, white cheese and lemon mousse with caramelized peanuts and raspberry coulis, and passion fruit bavaroise. Beverages include national red and chardonnay wine, champagne toast, beer, soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea.
