Buenos Aires Cultural Evening Combines Gourmet Dining, Live Tango Show, and Interactive Dance Experience

A premium cultural evening in Buenos Aires brings together an extensive gourmet dining journey with a dynamic tango and folklore performance. The experience is designed to showcase Argentina’s culinary richness alongside the artistic heritage of its most iconic dance tradition.

The gourmet dinner presents a wide variety of starters, including Roman-style gnocchi with herbs, vegan mayo, roasted garlic squash soup with blue cheese, pumpkin seeds and walnuts, beetroot hummus with vegetables and herb dressing, chicken Caesar salad, eggplant parmigiana, beef empanadas with Jawa sauce, and teriyaki sweetbreads served with mashed potatoes and lemon. Each dish reflects a blend of traditional and contemporary influences.

Main courses feature braised veal with carrot purée and rosemary chips, chickpea rice medallions with vegan yogurt sauce, Mediterranean penne rigate, pork shoulder with BBQ sauce and sweet potato mash, boneless ribeye steak with chimichurri butter and Andean-style potatoes, mushroom risotto, salmon with leek sauce and eggplant purée, mozzarella and ham sorrentinos, and traditional Argentine barbecue with premium cuts.
