Gourmet dinner presents a rich Argentine culinary journey with a wide variety of starters main courses desserts and beverages. Starters include caprese salad with prosciutto candied tomatoes buffalo mozzarella bocconcini basil coulis grilled eggplant with cucumber cherry tomatoes cilantro tahine black olives balsamic hummus and miso with lettuces olives and lemon empanadas braised lamb soup of the day with crusty bread homemade ricotta and parmesan vegetable soup with zucchini carrot celery squash pumpkin spinach corn and croutons. Main courses feature traditional sirloin steak classic Argentine cut with chimichurri and criolla sauces skirt steak breaded tenderloin milanesa smoked boneless pork shoulder catch of the day with mashed potatoes spinach and capers and pasta options including gnocchi souffle spinach ricotta ravioli and homemade tagliatelle. Desserts include custard with dulce de leche whipped cream warm pancakes ice cream sundae with berries and pears cooked in Malbec wine served with vanilla ice cream. Beverages include Malbec and Chardonnay wines soft drinks water coffee and tea served throughout the experience.

The tango and folklore show features the great orchestra of Juan D Arienzo and a quintet along with two tango singers five dancing couples music from the Altiplano and a folkloric ballet with boleadoras. Thirty two performers deliver a vibrant stage show combining traditional tango passion energetic folk dance and cultural storytelling creating an immersive Argentine night of music and performance.
