LA VENTANA ✦VIP✦ GOURMET DINNER TANGO AND FOLKLORE SHOW

Gourmet dinner offers a rich Argentine inspired dining experience with a wide selection of starters main courses desserts and beverages. Starters include caprese salad with prosciutto candied tomatoes buffalo mozzarella basil coulis grilled eggplant with cucumber cherry tomatoes cilantro tahine black olives balsamic hummus and miso with lettuce olives and lemon empanadas braised lamb soup of the day with crusty bread homemade ricotta parmesan and vegetable soup with mixed vegetables. Main courses feature traditional sirloin steak with chimichurri and criolla sauces skirt steak breaded tenderloin milanesa smoked pork shoulder catch of the day with mashed potatoes spinach and capers and pasta selections including gnocchi soufflé ravioli and tagliatelle. Desserts include custard with dulce de leche whipped cream warm pancakes ice cream sundae with berries and pears cooked in malbec wine. Beverages include malbec and chardonnay soft drinks water coffee and tea served throughout the evening.

The tango and folklore show presents a vibrant cultural performance with the great orchestra of Juan D Arienzo and a quintet along with two tango singers five dancing couples music from the Altiplano and a folkloric ballet featuring boleadoras. The stage comes alive with thirty two performers delivering energetic tango rhythms and traditional folk dances creating an immersive Argentine night of music passion and storytelling.
