LA VENTANA WINE TASTING GOURMET DINNER TANGO & FOLKLORE SHOW

Gourmet dinner offers a rich dining experience with starters including caprese salad with prosciutto candied tomatoes buffalo mozzarella basil coulis grilled eggplant with cucumber cherry tomatoes cilantro tahine black olives balsamic hummus and miso with lettuces olives lemon empanadas braised lamb soup of the day with crusty bread homemade ricotta parmesan and vegetable soup with zucchini carrot celery squash pumpkin spinach corn croutons. Main courses include traditional sirloin steak with chimichurri and criolla sauces skirt steak with meat sauce breaded tenderloin milanesa smoked pork shoulder catch of the day with mashed potatoes spinach capers and pasta options like spinach ricotta ravioli gnocchi soufflé and homemade tagliatelle. Desserts include custard with dulce de leche and whipped cream warm pancakes with ice cream sundae with berries and pears in malbec wine with vanilla ice cream. Beverages include malbec wine chardonnay soft drinks water coffee and tea served throughout the meal.

The tango and folklore show presents the great orchestra of Juan D Arienzo and a quintet with two tango singers five dancing couples music from the Altiplano and a folkloric ballet with boleadoras. The performance features thirty two artists on stage delivering energetic tango and traditional folk dance with strong emotion and cultural expression creating an immersive Argentine night of music dance and celebration.
