LA VENTANA TANGO LESSON GOURMET DINNER TANGO & FOLKLORE SHOW

Gourmet dinner offers a rich selection of traditional and modern Argentine inspired dishes. Starters include caprese salad with prosciutto candied tomatoes buffalo mozzarella basil coulis grilled eggplant with cucumber cherry tomatoes cilantro tahine black olives balsamic hummus and miso with fresh lettuces olives and lemon traditional empanadas spicy braised lamb hand cut meat soup of the day with crusty bread homemade ricotta and parmesan and a vegetable soup with zucchini carrot celery squash pumpkin spinach corn and croutons. The main courses feature a traditional sirloin steak served with chimichurri and criolla sauces skirt steak with savory sauce breaded tenderloin milanesa smoked boneless pork shoulder catch of the day served with mashed potatoes spinach and capers and pasta options including spinach ricotta ravioli gnocchi soufflé and homemade tagliatelle. Desserts include custard with dulce de leche and whipped cream warm pancakes with ice cream ice cream sundae with berries and meringue and pears cooked in Malbec wine served with vanilla ice cream. Beverages include Malbec and Chardonnay wines soft drinks water coffee and tea.

The tango and folklore show brings together the great orchestra of Juan D Arienzo and a quintet along with two tango singers five dancing couples music from the Altiplano and a folkloric ballet featuring boleadoras. The performance includes a large cast of artists creating an energetic and traditional Argentine cultural experience with strong musical and dance expression throughout the evening.
