All the drivers we had were very friendly, professional and courteous. Our guide in Cappadocia, Erdi, was exceptional. He shared his knowledge and pride of the region in a friendly manner. He took the needs of his guests into consideration when making plans for each day. He is certainly an asset to the company. The hotel, Fresco Cave Suites, was clean, spacious and central. We had to make an unexpected trip to the local hospital. They arranged everything for us, including an interpreter at the hospital. They made a difficult and stressful event seemless. We thoroughly recommend Altinkum.
Amazing experience. My favourites were the The Underground city and balloon ride in Cappadocia and the Blue Mosque in Istanbul.
We visited amazing sites which we appreciated even more because of our excellent tour guides. The transfers were also very smooth and our hotel was also very nice.
