Enjoy a beginner friendly surf lesson at Praia da Gale in Albufeira, one of the best surf spots in the region. This experience is ideal for first time surfers as well as intermediate participants who are learning to ride small green waves. You will meet the team at a kiosk near the Gale Beach car park where you will be welcomed and equipped with a wetsuit and surfboard before heading down to the beach.
The lesson begins with a warm up and safety briefing followed by basic instruction on how to enter the water and approach the waves. You will then practice paddling and positioning before learning how to stand up on the board while catching waves. Instructors stay in the water with you throughout the session offering guidance support and real time feedback to help you improve and enjoy a safe and exciting surfing experience.
