Sailboat Rental – SB 20

Experience sailing on a Laser SB20 sailboat along the Douro River or nearby waters with a fully equipped competition boat designed for regattas. Each boat carries up to four crew members with a combined weight limit of 270 kilograms. A professional skipper is included to guide the crew and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Before starting, the vessel is delivered at Marina Do Freixo to the responsible participant and after three hours the boat must return to the dock tidied and washed, completing the rental. The SB20 sailing experience is influenced by weather and wind conditions. Rentals are confirmed based on forecasts, and suitable wind is considered to be between four knots to overcome the current and twenty knots as a safe upper limit for practice. All communication regarding bookings, rental updates, and potential postponements due to weather is conducted via WhatsApp on the Friday before the scheduled rental.
