Portuguese Tapas Class & Market Tour, Lunch with Wine

Enjoy a hands-on culinary experience in Porto focused on Portuguese tapas known as Tapiscos. The experience begins with a guided visit to Mercado de Bolhão where guests can taste sample and purchase fresh local ingredients. After the market tour there is a short walk to Boutique Maison Canto de Luz where participants enjoy coffee and a chef-led cooking demonstration. Guests then cook the dishes themselves following instructions and tips from the chef. After preparing their plates everyone sits together to enjoy the fruits of their labor accompanied by a glass of Douro Valley wine while sharing stories and culinary insights with new friends. Each participant receives a recipe goodie bag and a travel-friendly bottle of aguardente to take home as a souvenir and to recreate dishes later.
