We had a fantastic time at this property. The service, comfort and breakfast exceeded our expectations. The location of this property is unbeatable as it’s right on the edge of Loch Ness, and the view of the ever changing beauty of the Loch from our beautiful room was absolutely stunning. Gabriel, the manager, did make a lot of efforts to make his guests feel welcome, valued and comfortable. The breakfast was also outstanding with all the cooked foods prepared with great care and beautifully served. One slight downside is the property doesn’t have a restaurant because of its small size, but Gabriel made his best efforts to organise all our dinner bookings. We had a light lunch of cheese and cured salmon on one day, which was expertly prepared and served by Jaro, the assistant manager, who paid a lot of attention to detail to make sure all was perfect and to make our meal as enjoyable as possible. From start to finish, we truly enjoyed our stay and are already planning to go back.

The atmosphere is one of peace and absolute refinement, combining modern elements with the authentic charm of Scotland. It's the ideal starting point for both exploring the area and for an unmatched, relaxing retreat. Exceptional Accommodation: Our room was impeccable – spacious, extremely clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom with all the necessary amenities added an extra level of comfort. Impeccable Service: This is, without a doubt, the strong point of Loch Ness Lodge! The staff are simply fantastic. From the reception, where we were welcomed with warm smiles and comprehensive guidance from Gabriel, the general manager, to the breakfast staff, everyone proved to be attentive, professional, and always willing to help, without being intrusive. You can feel that they truly love their jobs and do everything possible to make you feel valued. The Culinary Experience: The hotel's breakfast deserves a special mention. It was delicious and abundant, with a wide variety of fresh, local options. We also enjoyed a drink in front of the fireplace in the evening. In Conclusion: Loch Ness Lodge is much more than a hotel; it is a destination in itself. If you are looking for a place where elegance, peace, and top-tier services blend perfectly, this is certainly the place. Superb little hotel with fantastic services! Being situated right next to Loch Ness it has beautiful views, the rooms are impeccable and the breakfast food was stunning! The staff was also very kind and welcoming, from the moment we parked u til we left, very attentive to our needs and helpful with information and recommendations. An absolute MUST if you are anywhere in the area!!!
Our stay was short. But the impression this place left on us was tremendous. The location was beautiful, the lodge was exquisite, and the rooms were beautiful! If that was not enough, our receptionist absolutely made this trip special. Yarrow made us feel like royalty with how attentive he was to us. He went above and beyond in walking us through the lodges amenities, booking us reservations for lunch, and making sure we had breakfast for the next day even though we would be leaving before the kitchen opened. You have to stay here! It was amazing!
Definitely 5 Stars across the board! From the moment we arrived and every second in between, the service was impeccable. It's the little details that stood out - homemade fudge as a welcome treat, the fireplace lit and ready to cozy up by, the amenities in the room, and staff remembering your names and always at the ready to help and answer questions. They even prepared a packed breakfast for my sister who had to leave early in the morning for the airport. I got to enjoy breakfast at the lodge and the service and food - again - absolutely 5 stars!! I look forward to returning for a longer stay next time!! And will recommend it to all my family and friends who come to visit Loch Ness!
