This fun and inclusive 45-minute taster lesson introduces young children aged 2 and above to the basics of ball games in a relaxed and encouraging environment. In a small-group setting with barrier-free access, children are free to move, explore, and participate at their own pace. The supportive atmosphere ensures that every child—whether active or cautious—feels comfortable, included, and motivated through playful interaction.

The session follows a clear and well-structured flow, beginning with a warm welcome and group warm-up. It continues with engaging ball games and simple movement tasks that support coordination and motor development, before ending with a calm and positive conclusion.
