The morning begins with a guided ride at Vellir Farm, where Icelandic horses carry riders along scenic trails connected to local folklore. Routes pass rock formations and ancient sites associated with elf legends, including areas such as Álfakví and traditional farm structures woven into regional storytelling. Riders of all levels can experience the smooth tölt gait while crossing lava fields, green valleys, and volcanic scenery. A light lunch at Hótel Eldhestar follows the ride, offering time to relax and enjoy Icelandic hospitality.

In the afternoon, the focus shifts to Reykjavík’s historic harbor, where guests board a specially designed oak vessel for a puffin-watching excursion. Sailing toward nearby nesting sites often known as Puffin Island, visitors can observe seabirds in their natural habitat while crew members share insights into their behavior and seasonal patterns. Binoculars are available on board, allowing closer views of puffins nesting along the coastal cliffs.
