Cedric is an excellent guide, very theatrical and funny 5 stars! However 50 people in a group is 30 too many. For some reason they canceled the 10 A.M. tour and combined it with the 13:00. It was hard to hear and sometimes see the guide.. really need to put a limit on these groups

Highly recommended tour. Do make sure to tip them generously based on what you will learn given that it is a free tour! It is about an hour and a half but time passes quickly with all the colorful stories from the different eras. Our tour guide, Cedric, wore his colorful and traditional garb to take us back in time to the origin of the story of Revel, the original name of the city of Tallinn. He did a great job of educating and entertaining at the same time entertaining. There were many interesting stories such as those of the king and the dear, how the well was not purified for drinking, the mayor and Thomas the soldier, and more. He also provided us with good food recommendations and local information. Thanks again!

Competent and very friendly guide (Kadri). She had quite a big group to herd (nearly 40) and many nationalities which may be why it’s a light touch tour. Doesn’t delve too much into history and facts. Interesting insights into some of the main highlights of Tallinn nonetheless.
