One Day First Aid - Emergency First Aid at Work

Experience a fully immersive one-day Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work course designed for small businesses, self-employed individuals, and families. Participants will gain the practical skills and knowledge to respond confidently and effectively to emergency situations, from treating minor injuries to performing CPR and managing shock. The training includes hands-on practice with AEDs (automatic external defibrillators) and focuses on real-world application rather than theory-heavy presentations, ensuring learners are prepared to act safely and promptly when needed.
