My family and I took the 90-minute Dublin tour with Alex as our guide, and we loved it. Alex was very knowledgeable and entertaining and kept us (and the rest of the group) thoroughly engaged. Cannot recommend Alex and Finn McCool tours enough.

I did the Dublin walking tour Sight seen with Alex10 who was an excellent tour guide very friendly professional and extremely knowledgeable about Ireland and Dublin history!! Made the walking tour Sight seen very enjoyable and very informative I will definitely recommend and do this tour to understand and find out more about rich history of Dublin Ireland.

This was a great tour to get us familiar with a little Irish history and some of the magnificent architecture in downtown Dublin. Alex was very knowledgeable and overall very personable and enthusiastic about his city. From Ha'Penny bridge to Dublin Castle. From Powerscourt to the old Parliament building, he had great historical facts and personal anecdotal stories as well. Would recommend to friends and family for sure.

Great visit of Dublin with Alex ! He was very kind and took the time to answer to all my questions, even the dumb ones ahah I am French but I could understand him clearly, I recommend !

The tour started on time and was very well-organized. Our guide, Alex, spoke perfect English and shared interesting facts without overwhelming us. It was a great, efficient way to see the city in a short time.

Alex was amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable and excellent tour guide. Highly recommended!

We had a great time during this tour! We learned a lot about Dublin as a city and its history. The guide was nice and taught us many things!

Amazing. The weather was a little bleak but the tour was excellent. Our guide, Alex, asked us about our interests and built the tour around them. Hugely knowledgeable, friendly, and with an abundance of interesting and curious fun facts. I said I was interested in architecture, history, politics, and pubs; and Alex delivered on all of these. I visited places I would most probably never have found or seen. It really was a fabulous fact filled fun tour. The time disappeared. Alex also knows the spots to shelter from the weather, so don’t let it put you off from doing a tour. Everything from bridges to buildings, feuds to fights, competitions, mysteries, histories, vikings, snipers, marble, mahogany and freestyle decor, to where to get the best pint of the black stuff in the Black Pool. A hugely enjoyable outing. Thank you to Alex.

Our tour guide Alex was born and raised in Dublin. He is incredibly knowledgeable about history and architecture which shows his obvious love for his city. He completely customized the tour for our family based on what we had already seen and are interests. He gave us an appreciation for the city that you won’t find on a site seeing bus or large generic tour. He led us through the streets, over bridges and into chapels all the while providing us with history, humor and tales. You won’t find a better guide in Dublin! Highly recommended!!!

Alex was our amazingly well informed guide. He is a gifted narrator, tying together all kinds of interesting facts on various subjects together, keeping our attention sharp by teasing us so now and then with nice little cliff hangers. No doubt he knows a lot more than he shared with us, but fortunately he found a very good balance between entertaining history and information overload. Moreover, he had answers to all the questions that rose up during the tour. In short: marvelous!
