Sasquatch Adventure Train with Mine Tour & Gold Panning

From the moment you board the historic steam-powered train at Georgetown Devil’s Gate, you are whisked away through Colorado’s dramatic canyons and mountain peaks. Guests will enjoy a lively Sasquatch-themed adventure, exploring the quirky and entertaining Sasquatch Museum and taking part in a Bigfoot scavenger hunt that brings out the explorer in everyone. Along the way, you will receive a commemorative 2026 Sasquatch Adventure Faro Chip to remember the day. Open-air coach cars provide incredible panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, giving families and enthusiasts alike a chance to fully appreciate the natural beauty of the region while enjoying an interactive and entertaining journey that blends storytelling, history, and playful adventure.

The excitement continues with a guided tour of the historic Lebanon silver mine, where you will travel deep into tunnels bored in the nineteenth century. Knowledgeable guides will share stories of early mining life, point out rich veins of silver, and highlight fascinating features such as calcified hobnail boot prints and century-old stalactites. Guests can also try their hand at panning for gold and take home any treasure they uncover, adding a hands-on and memorable experience to the tour. All participants are required to wear wristbands for mine access, and children must be accompanied by an adult. While the underground portions of the mine are restricted to certain age groups for safety, all ages are welcome on the train.
