Despite being incredibly busy since returning from my holiday, I made a promise to one of your wonderful staff members that I would leave a review. I'm so glad to finally sit down and write this. Let's talk about the breakfast. It is, without a doubt, exceptional. Where do I begin? The highlight for me was the incredible spread that felt more like a luxurious tapas experience than a standard hotel breakfast. Waking up to freshly squeezed orange juice, authentic Iberico Jamón, and a glass of Cava was an absolute delight. It’s not every day that you can start your morning with such high-quality, delicious treats. While the room rate might be on the higher side, this breakfast experience single-handedly makes it feel worth every penny. It sets a fantastic tone for the day and offers incredible value. You truly get what you pay for. A huge thank you to the entire team for a lovely stay. I will be recommending your hotel to my friends and hope to return myself one day.
Great location, wonderful service, clean and comfortable. Location is near the marina and on the edge of the gothic district. Easy to get to all the major sites. Customer service was really good. The breakfast is worth including. Claudia, Maria and Olga provide excellent service with a good variety of breakfast foods that are delicious and always replenished when running low.
Outstanding! Great location, our room was of adequate size, large bathroom with full size towels, bed linens comfortable. The breakfast buffet has to be mentioned. It was so well done. Great variety in choices. Fresh fruit, many cheeses and meats to choose from, good food temperature for warm choices, eggs/omelettes to order. Most outstanding staff for breakfast service; Sandra, Marina, and Emily. A+ to them.
The hotel provided exceptional service, particularly from the reception staff, who were welcoming and responsive to all requests. Absolutely wonderful staff with warm hospitality. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Be sure to get the breakfast, it is well worth it.
