Indika, was the chauffeur assigned to us by Praboda, who was brilliant throughout our 7 night holiday in Sri Lanka. Praboda was very helpful in the planning and fine tuning the itinerary. I had reached out to him a few weeks before and he was constantly available to discuss the itinerary and provide suggestions. Indika was always smiling, pleasant and made us feel extremely safe and well looked after. He was always on time & super flexible with our timings. There was never a sense of hurry or urgency. Driving was smooth and safe. He ensured to open the door everytime my wife entered or exited the car. By far among the best chauffeurs we have ever hired. All over Praboda & Indika really helped us have a great time in Sri Lanka and we would 100% recommend their services to anyone looking for safe, relaxed, professional and friendly chauffeur services.
Good price compared if you book with get your guide. I had a private car transfer from Ella to Mirissa with a 3 hour safari. I paid the same price if i were to book with GTG (which would be a SHARED van transfer with 6 other people and SHARED safari. But with preboda/Breathe Sri Lanka tours, everything was PRIVATE. i was the only one in the safari jeep. I recommend his services and he replies fast to all my inquiries
We reached out to Praboda through a mutual friend. He was incredibly responsive and helpful in planning our trip, the price quoted was very reasonable. We simply told him our dates and the type of trip we wanted, and he made fantastic suggestions and organised an amazing itinerary! We went on a safari in the Hurulu Eco Park, took a tour of Polunnarawa, and even climbed the Pidurangala rock. Unfortunately, he couldn’t make it to guide us as he fell ill, but he sent his friend Indika, who was equally friendly and patient with all my questions. Indika suggested restaurants to eat at, places to shop, and gave us an excellent tour of Colombo on our last day. His car, a Toyota Corolla, was very comfortable for my partner and me (I'm 193cm tall).
From the moment I reached out to Praboda to help with transport for my trip around Sri Lanka, he was very easy and willing to work with my plan, where I wanted to go and sites to visit. During the planning phase, he shared ideas of places to visit and also recommended getting the train for one of the legs of my trip, with clear instructions of how to get the ticket online, which made it easy to know I using the right website and departing and arriving at the correct stations. From the start, I had peace of mind for my trip. When my tour around Sri Lanka began, Praboda had organised for Jagath to pick me up to be my transport for the bulk of my trip. He was very easy to get along with, gave me valuable advice about places to visit, what the cost of things should be and making sure I visited quality locations to truly get value out of my visit. The recommendation and organising a safari was the best, and seeing all those elephants was truly a highlight of the trip. Nothing was too hard, including the 4:45am pick up so I could make the sunrise up Sigiriya Rock. He navigated the roads well, dodging the tuk tuks and winding roads. The second part of my trip I had a Wajira who was equally a good driver, happy to point out local sights of interest and get me to my final destinations.
