Galveston - San Luis Pass

As you paddle beneath the night sky the peaceful surroundings and sound of the moving water create a memorable and adventurous atmosphere.

Participants paddle in fully transparent kayaks illuminated by a powerful multicolor lighting system that reveals the underwater world beneath the boat. The glowing lights highlight fish and marine life as you move through the water creating a fascinating view below the surface. San Luis Pass is also known for its colorful history once associated with pirates and smugglers including the famous Jean Lafitte. During the tour you may see mullet jumping through the glowing light stingrays gliding across sandy bottoms blue crabs and other marine life along with shorebirds and a beautiful star filled sky. The tour lasts about two hours with paddling time depending on weather wind and water conditions.
