We had the most incredible 8 day journey through stunning Sri Lanka, all seamlessly organised by Darshana Tours. From start to finish, everything was well organised, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy the experience. Our drivers, Dushan and Supun, were fantastic - always professional, friendly, and attentive to our comfort. They made sure we had regular stops for breaks and kept the van stocked with bottled water. The handpicked hotels were in excellent locations, all with beautiful pools and comfortable amenities. Some included half board, which made dining stress-free and convenient. A special shoutout to Supun, who is very knowledgeable and shared some fascinating insights into Sri Lanka's history and culture as we explored highlights like the Dambulla Cave Temple, the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy, the Nine Arch Bridge and much more. The itinerary was perfectly balanced and thoughtfully planned. One of the biggest highlights for us was the unforgettable safari experience - seeing herds of elephants in their natural habitat was simply magical! We had a wonderful trip with Suneth as our driver. He told us the history behind our various stops and gave us tips on how to navigate each location. He also was a safe driver among the sometimes chaotic roads. We really enjoyed his company and felt he was very helpful in customising our itinerary. We did the tour in just 5 days as we had to go to a work event and we felt it was paced just right. All the 4-5 star hotels were of excellent quality and had wonderful buffet dinners and cool polls to dip in. Though two closed the pool at 7:00pm :( which is too early for the all day traveler. The car was very comfortable for 2 people and they provided all the water we needed. The communication from Suneth and Darshana was very reliable and always very prompt. We recommend this tour very highly. You will have a wonderful time with Darshana Tours.
