Had a corporate event which i Had to arrange, everyone at The Mayan made this an amazing experience for all my team (23 people ). They all made sure that I had what I needed and any changes were handled with no issue. food was exquisite, me and my team were very impressed at the presentation and the taste, and the excellent service. A special mention to Mario the floor manager who made sure everything went as it should. Alex who served us mostly was amazing and made sure to check in with me each time to make sure I was happy and all is ok. the others were also very attentive and helped. I have been meaning to come to this place since it opened, as it’s a high-end Mexican restaurant, which is what stood out to me. My friend and I both shared the starter of Scallops which were worth trying, but not so tasty. This may have been an overload of fish as I also had sea bass for my main. My friend enjoyed her chicken meal however I feel as though the Sea bass lacked flavour and again the prawns with it made it all very fishy and not so Mexicany which is what I came for. To be honest, I would much rather eat Tacos at a fast food reastaurant which is why I did not opt for that and wished there were more chicken options. Overall, food was not great but the ambience was very relaxing and glad I did finally get to try it seeing as though it was a sister company to Vernasi and was delightful to have a change rather than south Asian. It could have been a lot better!

Beautiful atmosphere, lively music and delicious food. I’d definitely return. I ordered the empanadas, octopus, lamb, green rice and churros. Everything was fresh and amazing. Staff was so friendly, professional and attentive. I am pained that I didn’t take a picture of the churros. They didn’t look like the pictures here on other reviews. They were only about 1 1/2 inch long and we were given 5 small pieces. The food was good but I would say something like that should have been larger like other customers photos for the amount of money paid. We also had to pay for bread and butter. Other restaurants of this caliber give us unlimited bread and garlic butter.

We visited for the Mexican bottomless brunch, and everything was amazing — the food, the service, and the atmosphere! Giannis was exceptionally professional, attentive, and friendly, which made our experience even better. Highly recommend!
