Bikes can be delivered to your hotel, Airbnb, or one of five popular Midtown locations. Delivery is free within four miles and low fees apply for longer distances. A one hundred dollar security deposit is held at delivery and returned after pickup if the bike is undamaged. Cancellations can be made up to twenty four hours before delivery while weather related cancellations are fully refundable.
Each bike comes with essential gear for safe and comfortable riding. Kids BMX or toddler trailers require an adult bike to be added first. Additional fees may apply at checkout if equipment is damaged or missing. The setup allows for short rides, quick adventures, or sightseeing across the city.
