Husky Safari 2hrs (9:15am & 13:30pm)

The adventure begins with a comfortable pickup from Kakslauttanen where your guide warmly welcomes you before heading toward the husky farm. Upon arrival you are provided with cozy thermal outfits to keep you warm in the Arctic air. Soon you meet the friendly husky dogs who wait excitedly beside their sledges eager for the journey ahead. These energetic dogs are naturally enthusiastic runners and their excitement fills the snowy surroundings with life. Before the ride begins the guide carefully explains how to control the sledge including how to slow down turn and safely guide the dogs through the forest trails. Each sledge is designed for two guests allowing one person to sit comfortably in the sleigh while the other stands behind and drives the team of dogs.

As the journey begins you glide smoothly through peaceful winter forests surrounded by sparkling snow covered trees and fresh northern air. The huskies run happily along the scenic trail creating a truly magical experience that connects you with nature and these incredible animals. Halfway through the adventure guests have the chance to swap roles so everyone can enjoy both driving the sled and relaxing in the sleigh while admiring the landscape. The ride offers a perfect balance of excitement and tranquility as the dogs lead you through beautiful Arctic scenery. After returning to the husky farm you thank the hardworking dogs that made the adventure possible. The experience ends with a warm drink while listening to engaging stories about huskies their lives and their special bond with their trainers.
