The Pennekamp Safari: 3-Site Snorkel Adventure

The Safari is our premier multi stop snorkel journey aboard the Siren designed for ocean lovers who want to explore more of the reef in a single adventure. The crew keeps the boat moving so guests spend more time in the water and less time traveling between locations. This approach increases the chances of encountering the marine life that makes Key Largo famous including graceful sea turtles gliding above coral gardens spotted eagle rays sweeping through clear blue water and the calm presence of nurse sharks resting along the reef. Each stop offers a different view of the underwater world giving snorkelers a dynamic and exciting ocean experience.

The adventure begins with a visit to the iconic Christ of the Abyss statue at Dry Rocks when weather conditions allow where snorkelers can witness one of the most memorable underwater sights in the region. The second stop focuses on vibrant shallow reef habitats such as Grecian Rocks or Banana Reef known for colorful coral formations and thriving tropical fish communities. The final stop is selected by the captain based on the clearest and safest conditions of the day which may include North Dry Rocks or Gorilla Reef. This safari style trip is an unguided snorkeling experience allowing guests to explore freely with their buddy while the professional crew remains on board providing safety supervision and assistance whenever needed.
