BEGINNERS - SSI TRY SCUBA (1 DIVE)

Experience the excitement of scuba diving with the beginner friendly SSI Try Dive program. This short introduction to scuba diving is ideal for travelers who want to explore the underwater world without completing a full certification course. The activity takes about two to three hours from pickup at your accommodation to the return. Before entering the water participants receive a short theory session explaining the basic principles of scuba diving including equipment use breathing underwater simple hand signals and important safety guidelines.

After the briefing the experience continues at a calm beach entry dive site where the water is shallow and comfortable for beginners. Participants start in waist deep water to practice breathing at the surface and become familiar with the equipment. When comfortable you slowly descend to around one meter to adapt to the underwater environment and practice simple skills with guidance. Once confidence grows the instructor leads a gentle underwater swim reaching a maximum depth of five meters allowing you to experience the beauty and calm feeling of real scuba diving.
