Arrive early at Anger Management Rage Room to ensure a smooth start to your smashing experience. Guests must check in, complete a liability waiver, and attend a brief safety session before entering the room. Closed-toed shoes and comfortable gym-like clothing are required, and full protective gear including coveralls, chest protectors, gloves, welding shields, and safety glasses are provided. Participants can bring their own playlist or use the room’s music to enhance the energetic experience. Sessions begin on time, and late arrivals may result in shortened access, so punctuality is essential. Walk-ins are allowed only if a session is available and not already booked.

All items available for smashing vary by size, from small plates and glasses to larger electronics, tables, and specialty items depending on current inventory. Participants must bring valid identification and a positive attitude to enjoy a fun and safe experience. Mobile devices and cameras are welcome at the participant’s own risk. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least twenty-four hours prior to the appointment for a full refund. On-site staff handle all cleanup, leaving guests free to enjoy the chaos without worry.
