Royal Gorge Half Day

The Half Day Royal Gorge rafting trip offers an exciting whitewater adventure on the Arkansas River near Canon City. Soon the river narrows and drops into the impressive Royal Gorge where cliffs rise high above the water creating an unforgettable natural setting. The route features powerful rapids steep drops and large waves that bring excitement to the adventure. Rafters will pass through famous rapids such as Sunshine Falls Sledge Hammer and Boat Eater which are known for their strong currents and thrilling moments. After leaving the canyon the water becomes calmer and the trip ends with a short return journey back to the starting area where guests can relax and view photos from their rafting experience.
