Not recommended! • Not operating / present during opening hours (stood in front of an empty hut) • Could reach only after a few calls • Promised a bike rental the following day (via call) • Then, after not reacting to messages the whole day, revoked the promise and said no bikes available, without being friendly As a result, we could not make our planned trip due to their incompetency. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Had a fantastic experience renting e-bikes here! The owner was incredibly helpful, providing us with amazing tips and recommending the best route to Fanal. The e-mountain bikes were top-notch and made for a great first experience with e-bikes. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area on two wheels!

Great service and contact with the owner. We had nice chats before and after our ride. We rented one hardtail mountain bike and one e-bike. The bikes were well-prepared, and the gears were working perfectly. I work in a bike store, so I appreciate good mechanics' work ;) We got everything we needed (helmets, lamps), and even the tires were well-inflated for our specific trip :)
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with the whale and dolphin watching tour. Small, powerful boat with comfy seats. Our guides Jose and Cesar are superfriendly and nice people, very knowledgeable about the animals and with good english skills. We saw bottlenose dolphins and short-finned pilot whales very close and had a fun time! Thank you for this great experience, which Ican highly recommend 🐋🐬🥰
