I don't have enough words to recommend this place! It is so hard these days to find such a fantastic customer service like in there. My husband and I rented a drum sander over the weekend for our DIY project and they took all necessary time to ensure we understood how to use it and also got an understanding of our project to advise us accordingly. Price is fair and I would go back there for any other services in a heartbeat. Well done to the team that was working long hours on a Saturday with a smile on their faces, all lads were brilliant!!

Top class service, fair price. I couldn't get a crankshaft bolt out with my cheap impact wrench or find a suitable socket. Not only did they have a powerful impact wrench that did the job, they sent me to the one shop that had the socket that I needed. Very knowledgeable staff. Nice waiting music on the phone too👌

Definitely a 5 Star Service. Very quick to answer the phone. Human response no press 1 for this press 2 for that. Rented a Floor Sander for a day, was given all the information over the phone. When I arrived at the premises was dealth with quickly by a very cheerful member of staff. Around the back to load up the Sander and given full clear instructions on the does and donts. Returned the sander and was refunded the deposit and unused supplies. The sander did an excellent job and AZ too displayed excellent customer services. No hesitation in recommending AZ Hire, plus they have a selection of DIY tools for sale in their premises.
