Juan Urena did an excellent job as a sales person! He was very prompt in returning questions on my inquiry of a vehicle. This young lad was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond when it came to the sales process. He did not try to pressure me into anything and was very attentive in listening to what I was looking for and asking for during the negotiation process. When all said and done, he did everything he could for me plus some and has even kept in touch with me about getting me some products ordered for my new truck. Juan also introduced me to Roger, the sales manager and ensured they would make my buying process seemless and as quick as possible. Rodney in finance was also amazing! He was no pressure and also went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. Rodney was considerate and understanding when accepting/declining products that he was offering.
