PADI Rescue Diver Course

Advance your diving skills with the Rescue Diver course at Dive2gether Crete in Plakias. This four day course is designed for certified advanced open water divers aged twelve and above who want to improve safety, confidence, and buddy skills. Learn to prevent and recognize diving problems while practicing realistic rescue scenarios under the supervision of experienced instructors. The course teaches self rescue, assisting tired or panicked divers, managing unresponsive divers, and emergency first response skills. Small group instruction ensures personal attention and high quality learning throughout the program.

Daily training begins at 830 am at the dive shop and continues until around 4 pm. You will practice self rescue, towing, in water rescue breathing, surfacing unresponsive divers, and performing CPR in controlled conditions before applying these skills in open water scenarios. Transport to and from dive sites is included if needed, and air tanks and weights are provided. By the end of the course, you will have developed stronger awareness of your own safety and the ability to help fellow divers effectively, making you a safer, more confident diver overall.
