PADI Open Water Diver

Begin your diving journey with the PADI Open Water Diver course, designed for first-time divers and future professionals alike. This immersive course teaches you to think like a diver, plan dives safely, set up your equipment, and gain certification to dive with a buddy in open water. Over several days, you will receive high quality, personalized instruction in small groups, with a focus on safety, confidence, and enjoying the underwater world. The calm and clear waters of Crete’s south coast allow confined water exercises to take place directly in protected bays, offering incredible visibility and abundant marine life from the very first dive.

During the course, you will complete multiple confined water and open water dives under expert supervision, practicing essential skills and building confidence. Transport to and from dive sites is provided if needed, along with air, weights, and professional guidance throughout. The e-learning portion of the course is completed in your own time to cover theoretical knowledge, while in-water sessions focus on practical experience and safety. By the end of the course, you will have the skills, certification, and confidence to explore the ocean with a buddy, opening the door to diving adventures around the world.
